How do I join MIA FIRST CLASS loyalty program?
Create a customer account.
How can I earn points?
Earn points by making purchases ($1 = 1 point), downloading the app, following Mia on TikTok and Instagram, and posting a review on your favorite products (limit of 15 reviews). Check out the "Ways to Earn" section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in your customer account, visit your dashboard, scroll down to the rewards section. This section shows the rewards you've unlocked.
Do I earn points for in-store purchases too?
Yes, you earn points and can redeem rewards in-store or online. MIA First Class is now available to you no matter where you shop. Exceptions : wholesalers & amazon.
Can I still use my MIA FIRST CLASS paper card, the one with stamps?
Yes, but in-store only. The employees will honor the already accumulated discounts and apply them to your purchase. Then, they will ask you to join the new digital program.
Do my points and rewards expire?
Your points will not expired but rewards do after 24 months. Please note that every time you will redeem a reward, points related to this reward will be removed. You get rewards in exchange of points.
Do my status expire?
Yes, once you reach a new status you keep it for 12 months.
What happens to my points if I return products?
If you return a product, the points you earned for that product will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I ask to apply them after the purchase?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
